The project has been developed in an area with a high boom in tourist activity.

Ecological park and hotel take shape at Eco Hotel.

In the formal part of the building some details of a colonial type prevail, in that it is adjacent to a colonial heritage building.

The cypress wood in natural color prevails over the bleached raised background. The challenge of building in an area that was considered landfill has been achieved based on retaining walls and structural landfill in the northern part.

At the request of the client, abundant treated cypress wood has been used. Wood has been installed in the mezzanine slab ceilings, in the deck loft. The pillars and pergolas, provide a feeling of nobility to the entire construction.

It has focused on details of colonial-inspired moldings, albeit with variations from the area. The first phase of this complex is completed.
